Where are you based?

We are a South African business based in Centurion, Gauteng and orders are placed securely through our website.

We keep local stock, so everything shown as such on our website is ready to ship.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver nationwide across South Africa using The Courier Guy.

You can choose:

  • Courier delivery to your street address, or
  • Collection from a PUDO locker of your choice

Tracking details will be sent via email or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

How long does delivery take?

Orders before 2pm (Mon-Fri) are usually dispatched the same day. After 2pm, orders ship the next business day

Delivery time (after dispatch):

  • Courier delivery: 1–2 business days (main cities), up to 3–5 business days (regional and outlying areas)
  • PUDO Locker: typically 1–5 business days, depending on your area

📦 Important for PUDO: After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email — simply reply with your preferred locker location so we can dispatch your order. Quick reply = faster dispatch 👍

Delivery times are estimates and based on business days (Monday–Friday). Courier collections and deliveries typically do not take place over weekends or public holidays.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery costs are flat-rate, no matter the order size:

  • Courier delivery to your street address: R120
  • PUDO locker collection: R85

Final delivery costs are always shown at checkout before payment.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept instant EFT from all major banks, card payments, digital wallets (Apple Pay, Samsung Pay) and instalment payments (Mobicred, MoreTyme) - all processed securely at checkout.

I won’t be home for delivery - can I collect instead (PUDO)?

Yes! 😊 Our preferred delivery option is courier delivery, as it’s the fastest and most reliable.

If you prefer to collect your order, you can:

  • Collect at a PUDO locker of your choice (R85)
    After checkout, your confirmation email will include a request to confirm your preferred locker location.

Can you personalise a bag with a name or initials?

Yes! Personalisation is available on selected genuine leather and PU leather bags. Names, initials or simple personalisation can be added, depending on the material and design.

Please contact us before ordering so we can confirm whether your chosen bag is suitable and provide a quote.

Do you offer bulk or corporate orders?

Yes! We welcome bulk and corporate orders on selected products, with personalisation also available on suitable bags.
